This week is UK National Afternoon Tea Week! Afternoon teas are a long celebrated British tradition of having miniature cakes, puddings, pastries and finger sandwiches at an afternoon tea party. They are traditionally served on a tiered cake stand, along with pots of tea or glasses of bubbly.
