With the children returning to schools and the weather becoming distinctly cooler, now is the perfect time to dust off your slow cooker. Slow cooking is a great way to build flavour over a longer period of time, if you don’t have a slow cooker, simply use your oven on a lower temperature instead. We’ve looked out some healthy slow cooker meals that we think are perfect for this time of year, why not give one a try this week?
