We do love a good lunchtime sandwich, it’s easy to prepare and satisfying to eat. Now the weather is cooler, why not add a seasonal twist to this classic meal and serve it warm! You could make a hot baguette with warmed leftover roast meats, veggies and gravy from a previous meal; cook up some fish fingers or sausages and serve in granary bread with lashings of tomato sauce; or why not make a classic grilled cheese toastie 😋
