Soups are so comforting, especially at this time of year when the weather is cooler and the days are shorter. As well as being deliciously warming, soups are a really nutritious meal, especially if you use a homemade vegetable stock or chicken stock. Soups are also a handy way to reduce food waste when we clear out the back of the fridge looking for ingredients to pop in the stock pot! We have scoured Cookpad to find soup recipes that are nutritious and hearty for the autumnal weeks ahead. If you have a favourite soup recipe, why not share it on Cookpad so that other cooks in the community can try it too?
This week's challenge - head to your kitchen โก๏ธ Reach to the back of your fridge and cupboards and find those leftovers or forgotten ingredients ๐ง ๐๐๐ง Combine the flavours and cook something delicious ๐ฅ Then share the recipe to inspire your fellow cooks, don't forget the hashtags #FridgeForager and #CookEveryPart๐งโ๐ณ๐
We love to see your Cooksnaps and last week we were delighted to see lots of you experimenting with gochujang, the spicy Korean chilli paste we used in our recent Zoom workshop. Check out these two Cooksnaps from Jan and Josh-hale, great cooking! ๐ธ Original recipe Original recipe
